I/we will comply with the rules of the Culloden Games, instructions of Culloden Games officials and judges, and the rules and regulations of the EUSPBA. I/we further release the Culloden Games, and its officers, directors, agents and employees, from all claims, actions, liabilities, and damages that I/we may have or acquire arising out of my/our participation in the Culloden Games, and agree not to assert any such claims, actions, liabilities or damages against the Culloden Games, or its officers, directors, agents, or employees.
